White fused alumina fine powder 200-0/325
It exhibits excellent chemical stability and boasts outstanding insulating properties. It is particularly well-suited for grinding and polishing precision components, as well as for manufacturing high-grade refractory materials. Moreover, due to the unique characteristics of white fused alumina fine powder itself, it has increasingly become the preferred abrasive material in a growing number of high-end industries.
It has an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent hydrophilicity, exceptional toughness, and high strength. Sintered abrasive tools made from this material exhibit a deep blue color after firing, show no network cracks, and remain free of rust stains. As a result, these tools offer enhanced precision and superior grinding performance, making them particularly well-suited for the production of high-grade bonded abrasive tools.

Product Details
The brown corundum company uses high-quality bauxite, anthracite coal, and iron ore as raw materials, which are melted at temperatures exceeding 2,000 degrees Celsius in an electric arc furnace. The resulting material is then crushed and shaped using an autogenous mill, subjected to magnetic separation to remove iron impurities, and screened into various particle sizes. This product features a dense texture, high hardness, and spherical particle shape, making it ideal for manufacturing ceramics, resin-bonded high-density abrasives, as well as for grinding, polishing, sandblasting, precision casting, and other applications. It can also be used to produce advanced refractory materials.
Application scope: Wet sandblasting of PCB circuit boards and dry sandblasting of hardware components—suitable for ultra-fine grinding and polishing in the crystal and electronics industries, as well as for the production of high-grade refractory materials. The white corundum fine powder boasts a wide particle size distribution, high grinding efficiency, exceptional hardness, and excellent polishing performance. Thanks to its favorable particle morphology, it delivers superior surface finish on polished objects. This abrasive is widely used in the grinding and polishing of metallic materials—including copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, stone, glass—and in the glass industry, fully demonstrating the outstanding performance of this product.
