White fused alumina fine powder 200-0/325

It exhibits excellent chemical stability and boasts outstanding insulating properties. It is particularly well-suited for grinding and polishing precision components, as well as for manufacturing high-grade refractory materials. Moreover, due to the unique characteristics of white fused alumina fine powder itself, it has increasingly become the preferred abrasive material in a growing number of high-end industries.

Brown corundum 3-5

It has an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent hydrophilicity, exceptional toughness, and high strength. Sintered abrasive tools made from this material exhibit a deep blue color after firing, show no network cracks, and remain free of rust stains. As a result, these tools offer enhanced precision and superior grinding performance, making them particularly well-suited for the production of high-grade bonded abrasive tools.

Brown corundum 0-1

Product Details

Brown corundum fine powder is made from high-quality abrasive-grade bauxite as the raw material, combined with auxiliary materials, and refined at temperatures above 2,250°C in an electric arc furnace. Its refractoriness exceeds 1,850°C.

   Chemical composition:

Al2O3: 95%–97.5% SiO2: <1% TiO2: 1.5–3.9% Fe2O3: <0.25% CaO: <0.25% Crystal form: α-Al2O3, trigonal crystal system. The brown corundum produced by JinYu Abrasives features high purity, excellent crystallinity, strong fluidity, a low linear thermal expansion coefficient, and outstanding corrosion resistance. During application, this product exhibits excellent performance characteristics, including no bursting, no pulverization, and no cracking.

   Scope of application:

High hardness, high strength, impact resistance, high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and low creep.

   Scope of use:

Brown corundum fine powder is primarily used for grinding and polishing stainless steel, precision ceramics, plastics, electronic laser crystals, polycrystalline silicon, and gemstones. It can also be employed in sandblasting and lapping operations for a wide variety of high-demand workpieces, as well as in the production of advanced refractory materials, precision casting, spray-coating materials, chemical catalyst supports, and specialty ceramics. This product is an ultra-precise, agglomeration-free grinding series designed to achieve the highest surface polish quality and superior cutting efficiency. These aqueous colloidal oxide dispersions form a complete polishing system capable of creating exceptionally smooth surfaces on numerous materials.
